Sex offender moving to Lake Stevens area, police warn

LAKE STEVENS — Police are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender who will be living in the Lake Stevens area.

Boh Lin Schubert, 26, will be living in the 5400 block of 95th Avenue NE, north of town.

Schubert is a Level 3 offender, the level deemed most likely to re-offend.

He was convicted in 2006 of second-degree child molestation and indecent liberties. He is under active supervision.

Schubert is described as white, about 6-foot-2 and 190 pounds. He has hazel eyes and blonde hair.
