SEATTLE — A Snohomish man has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and reckless driving in an alcohol-related crash that killed a Google employee.
King County prosecutors say 56-year-old Patrick Rexroat, 56, entered his pleas Thursday. He faces a maximum four years in prison at sentencing set for March 9.
County prosecutors said Rexroat was chasing another car and had a blood alcohol content of 0.29 percent last July 24 when his car collided with a car not involved in the chase, killing Steve Lacey, 43, of Kirkland.
Lacey was a father of two.
The legal intoxication threshold in Washington is 0.08 percent.
