Stanwood candidate forum slated for Wednesday

STANWOOD — The 15th election forum sponsored by the Stanwood-area American Association of University Women is set for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Stanwood Middle School, 9405 271st. St. NW.

The nonprofit organization bills the forum as the only non-partisan candidate and issues forum in northwest Snohomish County and Camano Island.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. Candidates are scheduled to have information tables.

Candidates for state offices, county and local offices, and legislative offices have been invited, as well as representatives for ballot issues, both pro and con.
