KIRKLAND — A 26-year-old transient suspected of raping an 80-year-old woman in October in Kirkland was arrested Wednesday in Redmond.

Police said Moses Kelly was identified through DNA evidence.

KIRO reported that he has a criminal history that includes convictions for assault, criminal trespass and malicious mischief.
