Suspect sought in robbery at Lynnwood restaurant

LYNNWOOD — Police are looking for the culprit behind an armed robbery Tuesday night at a Lynnwood Jack In The Box.

The robbery happened just before 10 p.m. at the restaurant in the 17200 block of Highway 99. There were three employees and a customer inside at the time.

The robber leveled a handgun at them and demanded cash, Lynnwood police spokeswoman Shannon Sessions said.

The man then ran away with the money. No injuries were reported.

He is described as black with a bald or shaved head. He appeared to be in his mid-30s, about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds.
