Teen killed, sister injured near Castle Rock

CASTLE ROCK — A 15-year-old girl was killed and her 18-year-old sister severely injured when they were struck by a vehicle while walking on a road Monday night near Castle Rock.

Cowlitz County Deputy Charlie Rosenzweig told The Daily Newsthe man who was driving cooperated with investigators and did not appear to be intoxicated.
