TOPPENISH — Toppenish will get its 74th mural Saturday in a “mural-in-a-day” event.
A dozen artists will create the mural at Pioneer Park. It eventually will be mounted on the outdoor wall of a grocery store.
The Yakima Herald-Republic reported that it will depict a vintage butcher shop.
The murals are a tourist attraction in the Yakima Valley town with the slogan, “Where the West Still Lives.”
