Truck falls on man, killing him on Christmas Day

EVERETT — A man died in Everett on Christmas when the truck he was working on fell on him.

The accident was reported around 11 a.m. Wednesday in the 3000 block of 100th Street SE, Everett police officer Aaron Snell said.

The man was believed to be in his 50s.

Neighbors were able to get the truck off of him and start CPR, but he later died, Snell said.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner will confirm his identity and determine the cause of death, Snell said.
