Gov. Chris Gregoire is scheduled to act on the medical marijuana bill at 2:30 p.m. today .
She’s made clear for awhile that her intent is to veto much of the bill. She also has said she is looking for parts to save.
In anticipation of her action, the ACLU and constitutional law professor Hugh
Spitzer on Thursday offered Gregoire many reasons why it will be legally okay for her to sign the bill.
Spitzer’s letter is attached.
