Woman accused of shooting man in Spokane Valley

SPOKANE VALLEY — Spokane Valley Police are looking for a 25-year-old woman suspected of robbing a male acquaintance and later shooting him.

KREM-TV reported that Crystal Abad drove away after she shot the man in the street at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday. The man had followed her to try to get his belongings back. The man was taken to the hospital with injuries that weren’t considered life-threatening.

Authorities said the two knew each other but it was unclear what their relationship was.
