EVERETT — Police were conducting a death investigation Friday after a woman’s body was found in a north Everett home.
Everett police were summoned there for a welfare check about 11 a.m., said officer Aaron Snell, department spokesman.
They found the body inside the home along 12th Street, he said. Their investigation was just beginning Friday, but there didn’t appear to be any signs of foul play.
The body was turned over to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office, which will confirm the woman’s name and determine how she died.
Additional details weren’t immediately available Friday.
