PULLMAN — Police in Pullman say a female Washington State University student was hit with a blow dart while out walking with a friend on College Hill.
KREM-TV reported that the dart shot Sunday night penetrated two layers of the student’s clothing and stuck about a half inch into her stomach. The 20-year-old woman removed the dart and was checked by medics.
Police who reviewed surveillance footage from the area think the dart may have been fired from a dark sedan that was driving by.
The investigation continues.
