The designer can just forget about any ideas he might have had for a U.S. postage stamp featuring Lady Liberty modeled after Courtney Love.
And they’ll stand in line all day to pay it: AT&T is making it easier for customers who simply must have the latest and greatest technology to upgrade their cellphones more frequently, as long as they’re willing to pay as much as $50 a month on top of their service plan.
