Hold the eggs, butter and cream: The White House pastry chef says he soon will be leaving after seven years in the First Kitchen.

First lady and healthy eating advocate Michelle Obama now must find a new pastry chef. The successful candidate will be able to create a dessert whose primary ingredients are broccoli, sprouted wheat grain and unseasoned tofu slabs.
