Citizens need sidewalks

I’ve lived here 50 years. I used to walk four miles a day for years, but because of a problem I’ve had to not walk so far. I’m using a walker for awhile, but along South Maple to Alder Street there is no handicap sidewalks. I talked to the mayor and he says there’s no money, but I see we are doing Main Street. Why? Two grants, that’s taxpayers’ money.
