Columnist does go extra mile

I wish to commend the Everett Herald for carrying the travel column by Christopher Elliott. I am a avid reader of the column, never thinking I would actually be writing him. I had a altercation with Delta Air Lines and Hilton Honor Points. After many months of written letters, phone calls and emails, the situation was not resolved, and I felt I had done everything I could to get help. I then read Christopher’s column on “persistence” and sent off a e-mail to him. He responded immediately, and I am happy to say my 530,000 miles were returned to my Hilton account. Thank you Christopher and Everett Herald.
