Kristin Kelly is running for County Council, District 5.
Kristin’s actions prove how much she cares about our Snohomish community. She owned a small business in Lake Stevens for 14 years, she raised her son here, and for the past 15 years she has attended thousands of hearings, meetings and planning sessions and has consistently advocated to protect our quality of life and what is important to me: clean air, clean water, safe neighborhoods and helping our hardworking farmers. She has spent countless hours listening to citizens and helping them with their concerns.
She is honest and gets things done; she doesn’t just talk about it. I remember years ago when she quickly organized the community to prevent a new city from being built in the forest lands at Lake Roesiger! She has twice been elected to the County Charter Commission. She works well with diverse groups to solve problems.
Snohomish County is one of the fastest growing counties in the United States and we need Kristin Kelly to make sure that as we grow we also protect the things that make Snohomish County a beautiful place to live.
I know where she stands. She has proven her values. She has my vote.
