The Nov 11 letter to the editor captioned “Evidence of vopter fraud is out there,” is misleading. The examples in the letter itself deal with voter registration.
Nearly a half-million Indiana registrations were canceled, in part, because the registrants did not vote. No mention is made on any charges of voting illegally.
The six individuals charged in Boston federal court for the buying and selling of false identification documents subsequently used in some cases to allow for fraudulent voter registration. Again, no mention of with illegal voting.
In Massachusetts the Department of Justice alleges four state workers at the Registry of Motor Vehicles cooperated with two other individuals to sell documents to illegal aliens. The complex operation involved stolen Social Security cards and birth certificates. Clients would take those false documents to the now-charged license clerks in order to obtain drivers’ licenses and ID cards, according to the DOJ. No mention of trying to register or vote.
As also noted in the letter, there are more registered voters in the U.S. than there actual active live voters. This seems more like negligence than fraud.
