Grease monkeys

The technologically advanced cars of the 21st century have changed the role of the auto mechanic, who will be tweaking computer code along with turning wrenches, auto maintenance experts say.

Goodbye, paycheck: Whole Foods Market, which recently opened a store in Lynnwood, says it will discontinue sales of certain types of seafood.

The banned seafood, such as Atlantic halibut, comes from fisheries that are environmentally unsustainable — sort of like how shopping at Whole Foods is economically unsustainable for most folks.

Burner of bridges: Current TV, the cable channel that you can’t find, has decided it’s had quite enough of tempermental star Keith Olbermann.

Given Olbermann’s history of fighting with previous employers MSNBC and ESPN, The Buzz predicts he will storm off the set of his next gig, as host of “Speaking of Sports” on WTYR-22 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, after station bosses deny his demand for diet Mountain Dew in the lunchroom vending machine.
