It appears paper shielded Reardon

I can’t believe that The Herald stooped so low when it did not do its due diligence when presented with a news tip on Snohomish County Executive Reardon’s investigation. Apparently The Herald knew about the investigation for weeks but chose to keep it out of the paper for political reasons as to favor Reardon in the election.

The news was not a campaign smear attempt, but a serious, possibly criminal, investigation. Thanks to The Herald, we the people of Snohomish County, whom The Herald claims to serve, were denied information that might have affected the outcome of the election. Here is proof that mainstream media is not fair and balanced.
