Legal action late, in wrong place

Once again, we see the buck being passed from one political party to another. The case of the five terrorists being sent to New York for trial — it should have been handled by the Bush administration eight years ago at the time of the dastardly act; instead they remained in custody even after admitting they were guilty.

In my mind, there is no way this trial should be done in New York; it will become a showcase for these people and attorneys having a field day at the expense of we the taxpayers. Not to mention Hollywood licking their chops over the movie material.

Anyway, in my humble opinion, this should have been a military tribunal hearing years ago, with some closure for the survivors of that terrible massacre.
