I agree change is good but the new format for the Herald.net was a step in the wrong direction.
If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. Obviously someone’s budget had to pay for the redesign and it probably wasn’t cheap to “reinvent the wheel.”
But this new online site is not user friendly. I find it harder and harder to continue to subscribe to a newspaper that we have all known and loved for many years.
