Man’s story shows what life’s about

As I opened up the Nov. 11 paper to the Viewpoints section and began to read Adam Cornell’s commentary, I was moved to tears. (“Adoption shows there are many ways to make a family.”)

After all the election propaganda as well as the millions of dollars spent on these elections, this article is really what life is all about. Having and being part of a family. It doesn’t matter what your race, religion, or political affiliation is, it comes down to belonging.

Thank you, Adam, for writing and sharing such a powerful story and reminding all of us about what truly matters.
