Quite possible to put price on access

On the front page of Wednesday’s Herald, in the article, “Taxpayers footing bill for Sounder commuters,” Kimberly Reason, spokesperson for Sound Transit, is quoted as saying, “… we have access to that rail line forever. You really can’t put a price tag on that.”
