Reunion of class of ‘74 full of class

On Aug. 23, the 40th reunion of Everett High School class of ‘74 was held at Legion Golf Course. I salute the fine young men and women who shared their time and talents to plan this event. While planning the celebration they also remembered those who died too young to share this event.

I am sure that friends and families of the deceased appreciated that others had not forgotten their loved ones. I was proud to be a teacher at Everett High in 1974. Eighteen of those 41 deceased were my students. I remember each of them. There could even be more from that list, for at 93, my memory is somewhat slippery. Congratulations and best wishes to the class of ‘74!
