Thanks to all for beautify school grounds

The Marysville School District extends our sincere thanks and appreciation to The Grove Church and the I “Heart” Marysville community volunteers for the work performed throughout our district Aug. 6-11.

Our gratitude to Pastor Andrew Munoz, The Grove Church, for organizing and leading the large group of volunteers in painting, graveling, weeding, landscape trimming and laying bark at Liberty, Pinewood and Cascade elementary schools, and Marysville-Pilchuck and Marysville-Getchell high school campuses.

Thank you, also, to Bethlehem Lutheran Church volunteers, the school’s PTSA parents, staff, and students as well as future Eagle Scout William Schamp for their energies spent beautifying our schools this summer.

These actions remind us all that the community spirit is alive and well in Marysville.
