I would like to give a huge thank you to the “angel” who returned my wallet fully intact! My husband and I were shopping at Kohl’s in Marysville on Sunday. At our last stop I had taken my wallet out of my purse and placed it on my lap as I dug through the bottomless pit, known as my purse to find something. I did not notice that it was still on my lap and dropped to the ground when we got to Kohl’s. When it was time for us to pay for our purchases we got into line and I opened my purse to discover the wallet missing. Before I had a total meltdown, I ran out to our truck with no luck.
I went to customer service where I waited in line. I couldn’t take it, so I found a store clerk who interrupted the customer service clerk, who called management, who came back and retrieved my wallet — fully intact from the safe. When I asked for a number or address to thank this “angel” I was told it was an anonymous honest person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are my “angel.” A very Merry Christmas to you! Thank you also to the young lady that let us go before her to the customer service counter — I appreciated it, you are a sweetheart. Remember as you read/hear about all the “bad” stuff in the news that there are plenty of good, honest folks — way more than are ever acknowledged!
