But wait to tip until you’ve got your coffee and can see how badly he or she has botched the spelling of your name.

Please don’t squeeze the Charmin: A new generation of toilets promises to do away with toilet paper. The high-tech toilets can wash back and front with a spritz of warm water. Some even have driers.

We get that it’s more hygienic than using toilet paper, but we’re a little uneasy about a toilet that can shoot back.

Don’t know much about history: On this day in 1781, the seventh planet of the solar system, Uranus, was discovered by Sir William Herschel.

Herschel’s announcement to fellow astronomers was met with several seconds of silence and a friend’s whispered suggestion that he might want to rethink the name.
