Regarding the article, “Library looks at next chapter”: It’s a shame all those people don’t like those “dirty, stinky” people hanging around. News flash: they are homeless. They are dirty because they don’t have access to a shower. Would it kill you to smile and say “good morning?” You might be surprised at the smile you get in return. You might even hand out a $5 gift card to a fast food restaurant. It might be the only meal they have all day. You can teach your children to be kind, or you can teach them to turn up their little noses when they see someone who is different than they are. Your choice.
