What about what it won’t cover?

Why should Medicare pay for something like transgender surgery, when they won’t pay for things like lung X-rays? If a person is diabetic and not on insulin, Medicare wants the person to test blood once a day. If on insulin, they want you to test just three times a day. Testing saves lives! So, they won’t pay for things that save lives, but will pay for an elective surgery, and expensive surgery at that, for transgenders? Taxpayers and those on Medicare are getting ripped off.
