• A brief description about the person receiving recognition
• Phone number where we can contact you

You can submit a photograph via e-mail or via regular mail. When sending us a photo, please reference the event. You can e-mail the photo in digital format to newstips@heraldnet.com or mail it to: Community Extra, News Department, The Herald, P.O. Box 930, Everett, WA 98206. We suggest you make a high-quality copy of your photo (many drugstores with photo departments can do this) before mailing it to us. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected mail. We will make every attempt to return the photo to you.

Please send your information to us no later than noon one week before the Thursday your announcement will run.
