Everett shooting victim identified

EVERETT — A man who was killed along W. Casino Road on Tuesday has been identified as Carlos H. Lara-Ramos, 28.Lara-Ramos, of Everett, died from a gunshot wound to the chest. His death was ruled a homicide, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.
