RICHLAND -- Police in Richland are investigating the theft of about 3,000 gallons of diesel fuel.Wondrack Distributing reported the fuel had been stolen from its Aaron fueling station sometime early Thursday.The Tri-City Herald said the fuel is worth about $12,000.
