EDMONDS — A 43-year-old Kansas man was struck and killed by a train near the platform at Edmonds Station on Tuesday.The 12:10 p.m. incident blocked the railroad crossing, and Washington State Ferries suspended operations between Edmonds and Kingston for several hours.
