Boat that sank, killing 1, was overloaded with metal

EVERETT -- A boat that capsized off the Everett waterfront May 14 killing one occupant was overloaded with scrap metal, officials said Friday.The heavy load apparently caused the accident, city spokeswoman Kate Reardon said.
