Second suspect in Lummi stabbings surrenders

FERNDALE -- A second teen suspected in stabbings that injured four people on the Lummi Indian Reservation is in custody.He surrendered Thursday afternoon to the sheriff's office. The first boy was arrested early Thursday at the scene.
