KENNEWICK — A former Grandview man who has been serving a life sentence for a murder he committed at age 15 has been resentenced to a minimum of 25 years.33-year-old Jose Angel Munguia has been in jail since the 1997 shooting.

Year in jail for driver in fatal Benton County car crash

KENNEWICK — A Grandview man has been sentenced to a year in jail for killing two of his friends in a 2013 car crash.Jovannie Razo was sentenced Monday in Benton County Superior Court. He pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicle homicide in September.
