Man fatally shot by SWAT marksman near Lacey identified

LACEY — A man fatally shot by a Thurston County SWAT marksman after the man held his 3-year-old daughter at knifepoint has been identified.The Thurston County Coroner’s Office identified the man as 30 year-old Feagaiga Tausaga Leiataua.
