Spokane man walking on Highway 97 killed near Omak

OMAK -- The Washington State Patrol says 18-year-old Elis Brigman of Spokane was walking on Highway 97 near Omak Thursday night when he was struck from behind by a pickup truck and killed.The pickup driver was not injured.
