KENNEWICK -- Police on a gang emphasis patrol were nearby when shots were fired Tuesday night at a bus stop in Kennewick.Officers quickly arrested four people and recovered a gun that was tossed in a driveway.KEPR reported that two gang members had opened fire on two rivals.
