YAKIMA — Darrington over came a slow start and rebounded after a tough first match in the state tournament to beat Kittitas and keep their trophy hopes alive.
Led by the serving of Riley Anderson and Bayleigh Rumsey, who was 15-for-15 on serves, the Loggers beat Kittitas in straight sets. Darrington plays Wahkiakum at 11 a.m. today for a chance to play in the seventh/eighth-place match.
