The Mavericks post scored 13 points, grabbed 15 rebounds, blocked four shots and played strong defense against Travis Bakken in Meadowdale’s 62-54 win over Edmonds-Woodway last week. Perkins also had 17 points and 11 rebounds in a win over Lynnwood.

The Hawks junior forward averaged more than 23 points per game in three wins last week as Mountlake Terrace got off to a 3-0 start to the season.
