The Vikings guard scored 40 points in a win over Marysville Pilchuck and had 17 in a win over Kentwood as the Vikings improved to 3-0.

Meadowdale | Wrestling

The Mavericks grappler beat Edmonds-Woodway’s Matt Cuzzetto 5-3 in overtime to win the 160-pound weight class at the Edmonds-Woodway Invitational. Smith also pinned Monroe’s Max Surdyk and beat Marysville Getchell’s Cody Stone 15-2 in a dual meet earlier in the week.

Archbishop Murphy | Boys swimming

The Wildcats swimmer swam 2A-state qualifying times in the 200- and 500-yard freestyle races and helped the Murphy 200 and 400 free relay teams earn state qualifying times as well.

Cascade | Girls bowling

The Bruins bowler rolled a 256 game and a 567 series as Cascade beat crosstown rival Everett 2-1 to remain 6-0 on the season.
