Cascade keeps its share of first

ARLINGTON The Cascade Bruins used a balanced attack, stretching out its halftime lead to put away Arlington 70-58 in a Western Conference North Division game Tuesday night at Arlington High School.

With the victory, Cascade (5-1 league, 8-2 overall) maintained its tie atop the North division with Snohomish (5-1, 9-1).

Cascade hosts Snohomish on January 31st.

Marcus Guffey and Sean Carter combined for 33 points on 16-for-21 shooting from the floor to lead Cascade.

Guffey and Carter had real nice games, Arlington coach Dan Rauch said.

Arlington (2-4, 4-5) was led by the 16 points each of Stephan Devery and Kevin Gray.
