Here is a fine photo from an East Coast fisherman who says he’s been following my column for a couple of years because he and his wife are planning to move to Edmonds.

The photos show his wife holding a large striped bass.

The fish was “the first of about 30 striped bass she caught and released in about three hours with the white spook you can see in the background,” the fisherman wrote.
