Notes: Everett welcomes winger Trent Lofthouse back to the lineup after missing one game with minor physical ailments. Defenseman Austin Adam remains a long-term casualty because of his broken hand.

Ully-Ranford-Willick

Starting goalie:

Scratches: Thomson, Bell, Friesen, Macklin.

Notes: Kamloops is essentially at full strength. The only player listed on the Blazers injury report is 16-year-old winger Mitch Friesen, who has a lower-body injury.
