Newcomer Clayton Cumiskey makes his first appearance at Comcast Arena as a Tip and skates with Shane Harper and Chris Langkow. Kent Simpson, coming off a strong effort at Tri-City on Tuesday, gets his second consecutive start in goal.

Forward lines:

Defensive pairings:

Starting goalie:

Scratches: Siemens, Niemi, Hamilton, McNaught, Benson, Thrower.

Notes: The combination of international commitments and physical ailments means Saskatoon plays one short tonight. Defenseman Jyri Niemi is at World Juniors, while forward Brent Benson and defensemen Duncan Siemens and Dalton Thrower are at the U-17s. Forward Curtis Hamilton is out with a collarbone injury, while enforcer Randy McNaught has the flu. The Blades field three call-ups in forward Ryan Olsen and defensemen Zane Morin and Darren Dietz.
