Everett vs. Spokane lineup notes

EVERETT

Forward lines:

Winquist-Hayer-Sandhu

Leedahl-Bauml-Aasman

Jones-Khaira-Stadnyk

Low-Nikolishin-Bajkov

Defensive pairings:

Mueller-Davis

Betker-Juulsen

MacDonald-Adam

Goaltenders:

Lotz

Cotton

Scratches: Pufahl, Laurencelle, DeRoose, Fonteyne.

Notes: For the first time in what seems like forever the Tips have healthy scratches. Manraj Hayer (concussion) plays for the first time since Dec. 11, defenseman Austin Adam (lower body) and winger Logan Aasman (upper body) return from minor ailments, and winger Brayden Low is back after serving his two-game suspension. The only player still out injured is defenseman Matt Pufahl (ribs). Winger Zane Jones plays for the first time in front of the home crowd. All the lines and defensive pairs are adjusted accordingly.

SPOKANE

Forward lines:

Stewart-Messier-Holmberg

Helewka-Aviani-Chartier

Proft-Oneschuk-Yamamoto?

Zwerger-Elynuik-Whittingham

Defensive pairings:

Gow-Fram

McIntosh-Wedman

Sozanski-Bobyk

Rayman?

Goaltenders:

Williams

Hughson

Scratches: Bechtold, Cardiff, Hascic, Yamamoto/Rayman.

Notes: Spokane has just one injury itself as winger Markson Bechtold is out with a lower-body injury. Both winger Keanu Yamamoto and defenseman Jeff Rayman will take the warm-up, but just one will play, and the way it’s written down it looks like Rayman is the likely final scratch. Spokane’s dynamic overagers, Mitch Holmberg and Mike Aviani, are split up, at least to start the game. Chiefs goaltender Eric Williams has had Everett’s number this season, going 5-0 with a 1.38 goals against average and .952 save percentage against the Tips.
