LACEY — Glacier Peak split a pair of matches at the 3A state volleyball tournament, defeating Columbia River in the first game in five sets before falling to Auburn Mountainview in four to finish in sixth place and earn at trophy.
In the first match the Grizzlies were led by Mckenzie Wilkinson’s 44 assists, 14 digs and two service aces. In second match — the fifth-place game — Glacier Peak was paced by Maddi Ober’s 11 kills, three blocks and 14 digs.
