Prep baseball: Glacier Peak 13, Shorecrest 2 (5)

SHORELINE — Glacier Peak opened the game with a seven-run first inning and never looked back in earning the Wesco 3A South win over Shorecrest. The Grizzlies’ Chris Watkins batted 3-for-3 and starting pitcher Kyle Umperovitch allowed just one hit in four innings to pick up the victory. Kyle Wallinder doubled and drove in a run for the Scots.
